Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return

Please contact us at admin@fightmerch.com.au before returning any items. We will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
