1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

3. PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT
Products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners (including Printify). We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and images, but color representation may vary by monitor.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [admin@fightmerch.com.au] with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Customers must contact us before returning any items.
5. USER ACCOUNTS & BILLING
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update it when necessary.
6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Any third-party links are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
