Thank you for shopping with FIGHT MERCH. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that production and fulfillment are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Printify), which may impact fulfillment times during peak periods or due to supplier-specific delays.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:

  • Australia: 5–12 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at [admin@fightmerch.com.au]. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the item is lost.

6. WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned to sender, we may be able to resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
